Professional Biography
Clayton Kuklick is a clinical assistant professor in the Master of Arts in Sports Coaching program in the Graduate School of Professional Psychology. He has embraced his educational experiences by having a Bachelor's in Elementary Education with an emphasis area in sports pedagogy from Kutztown University, a Master's of Education in Kinesiology: Human Performance from Georgia College and State University, and a PhD in Human Performance and Recreation: Administration and Teaching from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Related to coaching, Kuklick has served as an assistant baseball coach at Shepherd University, Georgia College and State University, the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and Kutztown University. During these coaching stints, he has also had the opportunity to be a head coach of various collegiate baseball summer leagues across the country. Kuklick's previous coaching experiences at the collegiate level and educational experiences have channeled his teaching and research interests toward coaching development, social aspects of sport, and improving athletic performance. His focus and passion is on developing innovative ways to help coaches enrich their current coaching approaches with the intent to enhance their athletes' performance on the field.
